Dixons Solihull are the lettings agents for multiple properties of ours & are horrendous! I have been charged for maintenance at a property that doesn't belong to me as they fail to verify which apartment in the block needed a repair & directed my contractor to complete the work at someone else's flat. Will be removing all properties ASAP.
