Eon next were making my life hell… hours on the phone harassing texts useless people in south africa just not understanding and I was literally battling a huge bill for a house I do not live in but was paying £160 a month by bankers order and still do Went to the Ombudsman where a lovely sympathetic and deeply efficient woman Lynn really listened and reviewef the evidence. Finally getting somewhere…. K
