HVAC booking process needs clearer pricing breakdown
Booked an HVAC tune-up in Denver through the home services section. The technician was professional and the e-signed record was a great touch for my records. What frustrated me was that the upfront quote didn't clearly break down labor vs. parts, so when there was an add-on charge for a filter I was caught off guard. The total was still fair, but more pricing transparency in home services would match the great transparency on the ride side.
