Aggressive confirmation emails and calls disrupting my work day. The buttons to reschedule do not work through the UI - must email customer service. Then must speak with someone over the phone the reschedule before they send an email with dates. The labs are not up to date with changes in the Microsoft UI. If a button name has changed or Microsoft moved something, the instructions are for old information. The labs are inconsistent between courses. Some provide great detail. Others are vague or missing information. It’s not a great experience using Netcom. This is not for one class in particular but over time.
