Do not use this Estate Agents!
My experience was awful their communication is appaling it took 2 weeks from when I made an enquiry for anyone to even respond. They very rarely answer the phone it just rings out until you give up. But much worse is that the particular member of staff I had to deal with caused so much stress between myself and the seller, he constantly lied and tried to play us of against each other. It wasn't until we spoke directly to each other that we realised how many lies he told to us and our solicitors. It caused so much stress and made a hard situation absolutley hellish. He didn't care at all and in the end another agent had to clean up his mess. He shouldn't be working as an estate agent at all. avoid!
