Hi I had had a problem with a purchase from lifestyle and when I rang to complain I spoke to a girl in our Patrick Street store in cork called Caoimhe. She asked me to bring the item back and I did. I met with Caoimhe and what a lovely lovely girl. She was so nice and helpful. She didn't make me feel like I was wrong for complaining and she dealt with the matter in a friendly manner. It's great to meet managers with such good manners and a lovely attitude towards her customers.
