Outstanding Service from Kirsty & Ollie :) Ollie was the first person to get my house on the market, and he was incredibly understanding and reassuring, especially after a bad experience elsewhere trying to sell the house. Everything was dealt with so clearly and quickly with a real understanding of my needs and motivations. Kirsty, who handled the sales progression, was absolutely amazing! My house sale had a lot of challenges, but she kept both me and the buyer fully informed at every stage. I never had to chase for updates—she was always on top of everything, super friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. She followed up on every query and truly had our best interests at heart. I couldn't have asked for better service from her! Highly recommend - thank you Kirsty!! :) I have just exchanged on my house, something I didn't think would ever happen given the difficulties I had before instructing Charters :)
