I'm a current online student

I'm a current online student. I'm pursuing a bachelor's in Creative Writing. No, I do not expect a job from this degree. I don't even care about the degree itself. I attended college to LEARN. I'm a highschool dropout with a GED. An English education was right up my alley. All I want to do is write and be good at it. I gave 3 stars because I've actually wrote more, received a little feedback and got some good books recommendations. But that's where the pros stop. My own instructors have been pretty much useless. The writing workshops are all peer-led, which is like the blind leading the blind. I'll get feedback from people who can't string together a coherent sentence. The feedback I DO receive from an instructor is usually vague one- liners. Not helpful. Navigating the course literature with a class has some benefits but they're minor. I could write up a short story, pay a little cash at Fiver, and have someone read, critique and offer feedback and it would be better than what I'm receiving at SNHU. At the end of the day- I feel like I've been cheated. The only thing I wouldn't get from YouTube, that I get from SNHU, is the free queer and gender studies that have nothing to do with my pursuits. All in all, not worth the $20-$30k I'll have to shell out.
