Tina provided excellent support during my most difficult period through interactions on Student Support Chat Box. Before and after assisting, she reassured me positively, it gave me great comfort and encouragement. She ended by reassuring that that student support is one click away to providing support. That was the boost I needed. Not only did she outline the areas to find the necessary information on Student Well-being and Library, but she provided the links for ease of reference and additionally provided Reference Guide link which I definitely forgot to inquire about but needed. It's like she read my mind. I am really appreciative of her genuine and kind spirit. She was absolutely wonderful!
