None customer service and not reliable
My previous account was locked, and I believe someone hacked my account. I tried to login many times, but I did not set up authentication app and was unable to access to my own account. I reported the issues to Help Centre many times, but no one ever responds me. The help centre is not helpful at all. I think there is room for improvement. It forces me to creat a new account, which I got nothing and had to start all over again. It is inconvenient and ridiculous!
