We got connected to Kastro and his crew through Wren. The job turned out to be more than just a kitchen installation, throwing in a few surprises. Initially, we decided not to change the flooring, but as the installation kicked off, we realized we had to. Changing plans and pausing the installation, Kastro and his team quickly helped us switch the flooring within a day of deciding to make the change. Everything went smoothly, and the team was friendly, on time, and professional. It took a bit longer than what Wren initially told us – about a month from start to finish. Despite that, the team worked hard to get the job done. What I appreciate most is that the team has specialists in everything, ready to handle any surprises. Punctuality matters, and, not to forget, they left everything tidy and clean after finishing up. All in all, I’m thankful for the great job they did for us.
