"The Dispute Service" success!
A big thank you to Peter Nobbs, of Charters. We had great tenants that unfortunately moved out leaving the flat in a less than ideal conditions, and us with a very large bill. The move in and move out reports by Charters were solid, and well evidenced with photos and descriptions and with Peter steering the ship we were able to recoup a good portion (>70%) of the costs entailed, from TDS - it's really heartening to deal with an agency that know where and how to find balance and can deal with regulatory bodies to make sure a fair outcome for all.
