A terrible company to deal with !
I purchased the Dr Sister Dark Spot Vanish from an Ebay seller. I religiously applied it day and night for the time specified. Sadly, it made no difference to the dark spots on my face. Dr Sister's website has a large banner that offers 100% money back guarantee if the product does not work after 60 days. So, I contacted them, explained my situation, and respectfully requested a refund. I was met with a wall of total resistance and was informed that, as I did not purchase the product via their website, I was not entitled to a refund. I challenged this and was told that this condition was "hidden" away in their terms and conditions. I argued that this should be on their website banner but there was no mention of it which I considered to be misleading and unfair. Then I received an email from Andrew at Dr Sister apologising and advising me that a refund was forthcoming. Imagine my delight but when I responded that they did not have my banking details in order to issue the refund, I received another email telling me that a mistake had been made and I wasn't entitled to a refund after all. I challenged this as unfair and to some point illegal and respectfully requested them to honour their agreement to refund. THEY SAID NO !
