All I wanted was a brochure and finally I got one
I requested a brochure having decided to visit Morocco. I was irritated, therefore, to receive a call late on a Sunday afternoon from a rep masquerading as a "Consultant". I then spent some time outlining my requirements to a bot only to be contacted by the same rep who I'd already told I only wanted a brochure. By this time, I'd already decided to go independent and had no problem finding a suite in a five star hotel just outside Marrakech and flights with Easyjet. Thus I found it disingenuous to be told that "availability is quite limited in January for most areas in Morocco but is still possible". The price I paid was very significantly less than that quoted by Audley Travel and included hotel suite, flights, excursions to the Ouzid Waterfalls and Ourika Valley with a driver and a walking tour in Marrakech. I never did receive a brochure. My advice would be to save money and make your own arrangements. 4 February 2025 Audley Travel treated this review very seriously. Their efforts restored my faith in the company. I received a brochure and very impressive it is too. Will now consider using them for a trip to South Africa in 2026
