Common sense?
Firstly this is not about the person who answered my call she was just doing as she had been instructed presumably. But I wished to renew a policy and nothing has changed since last year (except my age), so WHY was I on the phone for 20 minutes giving information that you already have in front of you???? Surely "do you wish to have the same cover as last year"? and "has anything changed"? "OK that is £££"
