Buyer Beware
Unfortunately my experience was not good at all. I ordered 2 canvas pics ( pics were from my wedding) taken by a photographer that I wanted blown up on a canvas. What I recd was 2 blurry pictures, looks like someone added pixel like printing and it looks awful. I immediately contacted the customer service dept & they asked for me to send the photos directly to them. They told me it was my pics which were blurry. To which I responded with that was not possible as I’m looking at my pics and they are clear. I then Requested a full refund and asked is the final product not inspected prior to shipment? To which I was Told they print out what they receive and ship it. This is totally unacceptable to me and I will Not be using them in the future or ever again.
