No communication
Fault reported with 86 years olds phone landline on 16/01/26. No communication from UW after this but numerous calls made to UW chasing, involving 20-30 minute waits each time. Finally received a text from Openreach on Thursday 22/01/26 to say an engineer will be attending on Monday 26/01/26. Would have been quicker if we hadn't had to go through UW.
