I ordered a walker for someone who…
I ordered a walker for someone who needs it now.I received no shipping or tracking info, so I called Customer Service.I must say Lisa was fantastic.(She is the only reason I rated an extra star)Unfortunately,I can't say the same for my over-all experience.Lisa told me that the item I ordered over a week ago,will not be shipped until November.I'm thinking by then my friend will have fallen down or would still be sitting in a chair awaiting the walker's arrival.Allegro Medical should have let me know before I ordered that item in the first place. I did select the $12.95 shipping, as opposed to the "Free Shipping" I do wonder if I had selected the over-night option approx. $135, would it have arrived before November??
