Disappointed
We have been coming to Orange Beach for years and we love the area and we have stayed many times at the different Phoenix Condos and have been very satisfied until this stay. We stayed in Phoenix II, room 2124 from 5/9/22-5/14/22 reservation: #20133393. We booked through Brett Robinson this time instead of VRBO and for the first time we were very disappointed. The room had an overwhelming strong mildew odor and we had to stay outside most of the time because of that. The dishwasher door could not open because the refrigerator was in the way, the tables had to have props under them to be able to put a plate on it. The view from the balcony was great and the closeness to the places we enjoy eating was good but the room could have been kept up and smelled better.
