I bought an Aldi sim card to transfer across from another carrier Filed out the forms, downloaded the app And later was rejected as I had not filled in one Section which was optional. I rang up and talked to a person trying to ēxplain this piece of information. He could not and would not accept it. I decided since I was not accepted, I would get my money back The aldi I bought from said that they will not and could not re fund and I would have to ring the company number They also say they cannot refund, I explained that since I was rejected, I was entitled under consumer laws to get my money back. They told me they would get back to me in due course really
