I had been looking for a property to let in Portishead and walked into Ocean to inquire about a flat I spotted online. It was on the last Friday right before Christmas and all other estate agents in the area had fobbed me off. However, at Ocean Portishead, I was welcomed with a friendly and professional manner. And much to my surprise, Charlie and Kyra were happy to show me two properties nearby immediately. Kyra was especially helpful following the viewing. I decided to move forward and she kickstarted the complex administration process. Despite it being right before Christmas, the team managed to get all the references and checks complete for me to move in on the 20th of January. Kyra kept me in the loop and was there to answer my questions and facilitate the process. I’m very impressed by their efficiency and willingness to help.
