I booked my car at Porto airport with a pickup time of 11pm. When I arrived and went outside the airport to find the shuttle bus, there were none of them. I called the company and they told me that they were open until 11pm. So how come they allow me to book a car with this pickup time if their office is closed? In the end I was left without a car and no transport before midnight. They said they had not refund what I paid but I can pickup car in the morning 😂 Sure, bloody joke. I first time used this company and for sure the last time. Avoid those scammers!
