Very poor and inflexible.
Very poor and inflexible service at Ely’s in Wimbledon on Tuesday 31st August. Having said I was hoping to get £500 worth of Euros, my passport or driving license was requested. As I only had my NHS ID, I asked what the maximum I could have, without having passport or DL. I was told that I could not have any amount of Euros now as I was “breaking it down”…unusual terminology. I was not allowed to come back 5 minutes or 5 hours later to make a ‘fresh’ request as he would ‘remember me’. I hope he forgets me someday! I went to NM Exchange in Wandsworth and received a better rate.
