Easy to use and book. However despite booking a fare including luggage seat etc and free airport check-in confirmation states I booked an eco fare and will be charged 10 euros if don't check-in online. Contradicting information.

I am at a bit of a loss as to the amount of negative reviews. I flew EDI/AYT on 22/04/26 and the flight was fantastic. All the crew from an amazing Cabin Chief to the most junior were great. All were friendly polite and professional and in addition all of them were very well groomed. Bugra and Ismet couldn't do enough for everyone. I would not hesitate to fly SunExpress again would definately recommend.
