No shipment, No response, Charged already
Well, since you asked for a review of your service, that's what I'll give. I can't review the product, because I have not received it yet. Nor have I received a response from you regarding my request for status. Your "2 to 5 business days" has stretched to 10 business days. I understand "out-of-stock" problems, but you have not said whether that is the problem. You have not responded at all. Your website says you will not charge my credit card until my "order is batched and processed", but the charge was posted the day of my order. And apparently, I can't check the status online if I did not have an account when I ordered. So, how is the service? What service? I have received NO service. Where is my shipment?
