The first thing which stood out with John shepherd was how quick they were finding a viewing of the apartment i was interested in and that it was the ONLY Estate agent i went through where the place looked exactly like the pictures listed on the website. The viewing was done by Megan who was lovely and very easy to talk to. I told her i was interested in the place and she explained the steps in order to take it very clear and was quick to start the process that evening. It was my first time moving out so i had a lot of questions however she was quick to answer each one and helped me out with any enquiries or confusions i had with the moving in process, such as explaining the contracts, how the bills are done etc. It was so smooth moving out thanks to her support and now I'm 2 weeks into my residency and she is still consistently and efficiently helping me out with any problems or questions i have thanks to how easy she is to talk to.
