Landlords be aware. Promise the world but deliver tenants not fit for your property's. If your property is in a nice area don't use these clowns. Numerous complaints within a week and ongoing for months yet no action. So surrounding residents not happy with tenants from day 1. A so called agent ( Mr M Scott) promises to act but nothing 0% action taken. Looking at property will need doing up again within a year **reply to Michael Scott Nearly a year you've been " speaking " to them, clearly works well. And no I certainly wouldn't be a client of yourselves as the 38 houses I look after we use estate agents who make sure we don't get tenants like this. And communication is key something you certainly don't master by ignoring people
