Excellent Service start to finish
Excellent Service start to finish. As a brand new installation into a chapel we were impressed with Wessex Internet. It was a new network bring full fibre to a village that previously had extremely low speeds, so from registering our interest to delivery naturally took time, but they continued to update from time to time, and answered any queries promptly. From when they were ready to go I was sent a contract and within an hour of signing on line they phoned to arrange garden works and installation. Garden works were done on the next working day and 5 days later we were installed and up and running. Really impressed with the timescale! Also everyone we spoke to were really helpful from on the phone arranging the appointments to the workmen on both occasions. We have really thick stone walls so was a test for his new drill! Before going live to most of the village Wessex Internet held a very informative and friendly event for residents to allow people to see and understand the ethos of Wessex Internet and to ask questions... with tea/coffee and sandwiches provided! Now up and running the speeds achieved are as expected - we are on a 100MB/s cap (though they can go much higher) and a speed test shows 98MB/s and a respectable upload speed of 47MB/s. Really pleased with everything so far and would recommend!
