As someone who watches the online YouTube debates about LDL and carnivore and plant based, Gene Food helped me settle on a direction of eating and I've found it works well for me. A lot of the information is technical, but credible and I appreciate the depth of the reports. This is a good business for people confused by all the conflicting diet advice.
