Such poor service
I needed a replacement toner cartridge for my Brother printer, so ordered from this company, the box that arrived was larger than I thought, but opened it only to find it was a drum, instead of toner, ink I contacted the company to ask how best to proceed, they ignored my question of them sending me, the item I wanted, I should of realised, something was wrong, in that the person sending e mail, did not have a name, but packaged up the item and returned it, to be told as it had been opened they could not grant a refund, the box was not damaged only the plastic sleeve had been opened. What uposet me most was the terrible tone of the e mail, yes I was wrong, but obviously I was wasting their time, but also they now have the drum back and presumably will resell it, despite what they wrote, so it has now cost me an extra £5 for nothing, will never buy there again. Another company I contacted Cartridge Save were the total opposite, helpful and a speedy refund, you can guess who I will go to in the future I am uncertain quite how to reply to the supplier, in fact I nearly did not, but struggled with the tone of their response and, that they inferred I was a liar and trying to cheat them. I do hope other readers will make a valid decision based on the correspondence, as I had said due to my mistake I ordered the wrong item, but asked for advice on how to proceed, I do know if the person dealing with my e mails is going through a bad period in life, but being poleasant and civil always gets better results, because I had done something similar with Cartridge response, I could more clearly see the difference in staff training, I di realise the cost of the drum was not expensive and with hindsight, I would of saved money by not returning the item and I could of kept until one day I may of needed it, I do wonder how long it will be before the drum is back on sale, so the supplier will of made money twice on the one item, so to finish, please show the correspondance to someone who has better insighgt into mistakes us elderly people make and try to be civil in the future
