Great service in Queenstown as office…
Great service in Queenstown as office stayed open an extra hour to accommodate our delayed flight. However service at your Auckland location could use improvement, arrived to find 3-4 groups in office waiting for rentals, and the 2-3 staff seemed intent on ignoring majority of us. Wasn’t until my wife made a fuss that someone finally did acknowledge and help us with our reservation. Whole process took over 30 minutes from time of arrival until driving away, should be quicker. And staff should at least acknowledge our presence and if busy with another customer or issue, give us some confirmation that they will help as soon as they are freed up. April 9 rental Auckland for 4 days, April 13 rental Queenstown for 6 days.
