No contact number for help but was pleasantly surprised by email support
I had the power go off to my house and established it was just us in our road having the problem. I was quite alarmed and worried when I found that Fuse Energy don’t have a contact number, as this is my preferred method of contact - especially as I was working from home and needed electricity. I emailed the support email in a panic, not expecting to hear back for a while but was contacted promptly by Ritam, who assured me he would help. After him asking for several pieces of information and photos he helped me solve the problem and I got power back. I would much prefer to be able to ring and speak to someone but I can’t fault Ritam. He was helpful, polite and prompt and it reassures me a bit that there are Fuse Energy staff like him on hand. He is a credit to them. Thank you Ritam.
