Shoddy customer service

Shoddy customer service. Incredibly bad interface design for Studio, as if they got non music people to work with the UX, just blatant disregard for the customer base. Avoid at all costs. Not responded to a single enhancement request - and I've made hundreds. Don't even want to appear to accept help. crazy.
