Lauren and Rachael were fabulous
Being completely honest, the first experience with Talbots wasn’t to a great start. Going through a sale which we had to pull out of, the responses I had to chase up, when going through this sale, again not a great start where I was chasing up updates and not being given a clear timescale. Then my solicitor and paralegal was changed and the service went from 0-100. Lauren and Rachael were on point, they listened to the concerns I had and answered each point I questioned, if I sent an email I would get a response in less than 24 hours. Things were dealt with in a timely manner, updates were given to me at each stage. I have completed today and their service has been fantastic. So lovely to speak to them and what a great service they gave. I cannot even give one bit of constructive feedback to them!! If I need to use them again, I will be asking for them!
