Exceptional service from start to finish. Every member of staff was very professional and caring and attentive. Absolute 5* service and I would highly recommend to anybody who has a fur baby that needs care. Our girl flick is blind and deaf and needed emergency treatment, we were so worried for flick because she can’t hear or see and was very stressed, but the level of care and compassion for her was next level. Thank you to each and every member of the team. You should all be very proud of the service you all provide.
