It was easy and fast. Customer support sent me a free plastic wrench because mine broke. Only proof of Ultrasound RO system purchase (Amazon receipt). In addition I’ve purchased a 2 year filtering system for my Ultrasound RO System. Great company I’ve been using for the last 3 years and I highly recommend.
