Not impressed with the service received…
Not impressed with the service received today. The Chinese manager did not make us feel welcome at the restaurant and gave us a bad experience. Food was dry and some dishes were not even at the correct temperature Overall service was bad and cocktail didn’t taste to the standards of a basic cocktail. They not Concern to provide best experience and make a customer happy. I won’t advise you to waste your mood and money there specially about one of theirs rude staff. He definitely need to learn some manners and improve the customer service. On top of this Tej Raj member of staff that works at the derby branch. What disgusting customer services and angry face, never seen such poor service and attitude. Will not be returning again
