Exceeds expectations
This was my first time using Above9 Travel, or any other flight booking company (I always used my Travel Agent). I have to admit I was a bit nervous. There was however no need for this. There are companies that go the extra mile, but Above9 and Carlos went the addition marathon! I had a couple of minor issues with my tickets and the airline helpdesk could not resolve them. Carlos however stayed late in the office and kept working on my issue until everything was solved - A big THANK YOU to Above9 and Carlos
