The worst service ever. Suck.
I've had several debacles with musictoday over the years. The first being in 2009 when a Christmas gift Box Set from DMB didn't arrive until February with no apology, and no response to several emails sent. The second being the downloader for flac and mp3 files taking hours to work if it does at all. The third being a complaint I had from not receiving a vinyl replacement disc until 6 months after I ordered it with no response again from several emails. When it arrived, the unsealed vinyl was covered in package dust and debris. The 4th being a promise for free shipping for years of terrible service, that has not been made good on after 5 emails sent. The worst. I hate them.
