Very poor. We got quoted £320 for my son's car, we wait 8 days and take time off work to wait in just to get told he will only offer us £200. Here is what their website says in answer to the question 'do we haggle on collection?': 'No, we like to provide a price that we can stick to! On the quote page, It will state if we can offer you a SCRAP price or possibly a SALVAGE price(if we would class your vehicle as more desirable). The only thing that may affect the SCRAP price is if you have taken parts off the vehicle without telling us. If we offer you a SALVAGE price, please view the criteria the car must meet in order for us to stick to the price. The word 'criteria' will be underlined on the quote page beneath the price, this is a link for you check the criteria. If you send the vehicle to auction and you receive bids, your vehicle will need to meet the auction description you enter in order for us to stick to the auction price.
