Good Quality products but after sales needs more people able to sort issues out and answer the phone…
Pergola was delivered and installed 10 days ago. Looks good but has been installed the wrong way round with the handle to open the louvres positioned at the back in the corner making it difficult to access. Also the fire pit table was damaged. Update 2 weeks later: Tia has now taken over and is getting things sorted out. Hopefully it will be perfect soon! Products are very good quality but the company need more people able to sort out any issues and answer the phones.
