This is an overall review of express estate agency. Stacey the valuer was friendly and polite, however i did explain that i didn't live at the property and i would prefer viewings grouped together. Stacey informed me this would be fine. This information didn't seem to be passed to the negotiator and i was getting viewing requests spread throughout at random times. I spoke with the negotiator and it was never really resolved but they did get people through the door and eventually sold for 10k under the asking price, which considering the market at the time wasn't horrendous. Moving onto Robert that was suppose to help complete. This part was awful. I never actually spoke to him. I tried calling but could never get through to him, i tried e-mailing and never received a response. I occassionally received portal updates but whenever i logged in it wasn't accurate. Luckily my solicitors - Glover Priest were really good and kept me updated. The fee was also very expensive for how little they did and they did not deliver on the things they promised, i would not use them again and i do not recommend.
