I have emailed 6 times, leaving a voicemail with customer service 5 times requesting a call back over the past 3 weeks. It seems impossible to get anyone to communicate with me RE a simple request to change a course date. I’ve used Oncourse for my continuing ed for the past few years (as well as my entire team) we will not be retuning again.
