Grubby is a great plant-based meal kit service. Overall, I am happy with it. One element that stops me giving it 5-star is the need to opt-out within the app rather than an alternative to opt-in. You have to skip the weeks you don't want. I only want the occasional week in a month, but don't want to have to delete a subscription and then reinitiate it each time. But if you keep it and then forget to skip, you'll end up with boxes when you're not at home etc. which is frustrating. The last thing I want is an additional piece of life admin to remember to do re:skipping / opt-ing out. The opt-in experience would be more pleasant where I can be like I am really busy this week, a meal prep service would be great. It helps the user to think with a positive mindset about the box and put more trust in Grubby.
