IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL - AVOID
Used to be a reputable company 10 years ago but no longer They do not allow you to cancel your package via your control panel.. only by contacting them Despite contacting them TWICE to tell them I didn't want to renew my service they attempted to take payment on renewal Luckily the payment details were not valid or they would have taken over £400 from my account without my permission When I contacted them, no apology, no accepting responsibility, they just said they will remove the payment method so it can't attempt to take payment.. I'm still getting emails to say my payment is "overdue" I would not recommend this company to anyone
