This company is a scam.
I’d give it a zero if I could. This company is a scam. Do not order from them!!! The mineral gem mugs I received were half the size they advertised. And they advertised it was made from minerals. The two I ordered and received were made of plastic and were clearly spray painted. I wish I could provide a picture of what I received. They advertised I’d revive it in 5 days. It took almost a month to receive them. I contacted this U.S. based company and they said if I shipped it back to China (their warehouse), at my expense I’d get my refund. If not they’d only give me 10% back of my money. I kept trying to follow up but each time it would take a week for them to respond. The responses were from a series of AI bots they named Felicia to generate emailed responses.
