Frank mobile are awesome, we were looking for a phone for my son who had saved up to buy it, the price was less expensive than brand new which he didn’t need, but we had the reassurance of purchasing a used phone that wasn’t going to be faulty. He got to choose the quality he was prepared to accept and the battery life was guaranteed. When the wrong phone was accidentally delivered I was able to find a phone number and talk to a real person in Australia, I suspect it was actually the owner of the company. The correct phone was sent express with no hassles. I loved that the packaging inside the box was actually a piece of linen that could be reused as a tea towel or similar. Great for the environment to purchase a Frank mobile in more ways than one. Very happy with our purchase.
