The first 2 meals we rec'd were well packed, and tasty. One of third meals was not edible, because the lasagna wasn't completely cooked with leakage from the salad. The salad had to be thrown away, and we cooked the lasagna longer for my husband. I called a Springly about this, and they credited my account for the meal. They said that this is an issue sometimes that occurs in transit. They're working on creating pouches for their sauces. This will be a great improvement. Susan
