Never received such horrible products. I bought a collagen mask for neck & chest: it has on its back the explication of how to apply a face mask. When you open it, the films and masks are already falling apart when you open the package. Then when you try to fix the slibby mask to your face it falls apart in your hands and it doesn t even stick to the face ! It's just a scam !
