What Disaster?!
When disaster strikes these guys step up! My flight was delayed 28 hours due to adverse weather conditions, meaning I'd miss the start of my trip in Vietnam. Mischa worked tireless with me to find a solution. We both went back and forth for 6 hours with the airline to see if anything existed where I wouldn't miss much of my trip. In the end we managed to find a flight the following morning which ended up touching down in Cambodia. Due to the delay I was always going to miss the first day of my trip but this ensured that I'd be able to meet my group in Phonm Penh instead of taking my delayed flight, ending up in Vietnam and chasing my group to catch them up. Mischa helped me massively and calmed my nerves when everything was lost and hopeless. I can't thank her enough for showing me the kindness, time and support. She's a huge credit to herself and the company. If you get chance to deal with Mischa she will not let you down.
